why are they all white? i thought apartheid was ended.
Apartheid has thankfully ended. Being gay is still very much taboo in African culture and very few people are open about it. Even our politicians view gay people as "lower than dogs and pigs". We are still a fairly new democracy so I suspect it will take time.
