Just can't stay away from the mythological themes. An elaboration on the previous Hypnos, but this time I wanted to concentrate on the face only, trying to give him more classical and noble features. Completely ignoring any rules about accurate proportions and shading for fear of overworking it (as I often do) - the drawing came out much 'looser". The idea was to make him more magical, like a fleeting image remembered from a dream. (Click to enlarge)

Hypnos II
